Registration data captured in Jotform is stored inside Jotform under their privacy terms. Data captured on this website (contact requests, gallery uploads by the organisers, admin content) is stored in our managed backend, which encrypts data at rest with AES-256 and enforces TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is restricted by row-level security and a private admin passcode.

Registration and contact information is retained for as long as needed to run the tournament and any follow-up editions, and then removed or anonymised on request. Event photos may remain in our archive indefinitely as part of tournament history.

• You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete or correct it, by emailing cupelysium@gmail.com.
• You can ask us to remove specific photographs of you from the public gallery; we'll comply unless the image is part of official tournament coverage where you cannot reasonably be identified.
